Terms of Service

1. The service

These terms govern the private ground transportation services booked through miatofll.com and provided by FG Twelve LLC, 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33131, USA. By making a booking you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and every passenger in your party.

2. Quotes and fares

Fares are quoted before booking and are fixed for the journey described in the booking: the stated pickup and drop-off locations, date, time, vehicle class, and passenger and luggage counts. Quoted fares include airport parking, tolls on the quoted route, flight tracking, meet and greet on airport pickups, and standard waiting time. Changes to the journey (additional stops, changed addresses, upgraded vehicles) may change the fare, and we will confirm any new price before it applies.

3. Waiting time

Airport pickups include 30 minutes of waiting time after actual wheels-down for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights. Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes from the scheduled time. Additional waiting time may be charged at the rate disclosed at booking. Because we track flights, delays to your inbound flight do not consume your included waiting time.

4. Punctuality and connections

We plan transfers against realistic traffic and check-in windows, and we recommend minimum buffers for airport connections (see our FAQ). We are not responsible for missed flights, ships, or appointments caused by circumstances beyond our control, including extraordinary traffic incidents, weather, airport closures, or delays caused by the passenger. Where a delay is caused by our error, our liability is limited as set out in section 8.

5. Cancellations and changes

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged up to the full fare, at our reasonable discretion given the circumstances. If your airline cancels your flight, we will reschedule the affected transfer at no cost. No-shows (passenger cannot be located and does not respond within the included waiting time) are charged in full.

6. Passenger conduct and safety

All passengers must wear seat belts. Children age 5 and under must ride in an appropriate child restraint, which we provide on request at booking. Smoking and open alcohol containers are not permitted in the vehicles except where expressly allowed in licensed limousine or party bus hires. The driver may refuse or terminate a journey, without refund, where passenger behavior endangers safety.

7. Luggage

Each vehicle class has a stated luggage capacity. We are not liable for items left in vehicles, though we make every effort to return found property. Please tell us at booking about oversized items (surfboards, golf clubs, mobility equipment) so we assign an adequate vehicle.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim arising from a transfer is limited to the fare paid for that transfer. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed connections booked with third parties.

9. Payment

Payment is taken at booking by payment card through our payment processor. Receipts are issued electronically for every completed transfer.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
